Installation Guide for Zinc Steel Fence
Core Prerequisite: Before starting, ensure the ground is level and all components are ready. This includes Posts, Horizontal Rails, Vertical Picket/Vertical Bars, Expansion Bolts/Embedded Parts and Connectors . Prepare tools like a tape measure, electric drill , and wrench.
Step 1: Positioning & Marking
- According to the layout plan, use a tape measure to mark the installation points for posts. The spacing should match your panel dimensions (typically 2-3 meters per post). Ensure lines are straight and curves are smooth.
Step 2: Post Fixation (Two Main Methods – Choose One)
- Method A: Ground Embedding
◦ Dig foundation holes 30-40 cm deep (30-40cm深). Place the posts, then backfill with concrete. Allow 24-48 hours (24-48小时) for curing. Ideal for outdoor soil or green belt areas .
- Method B: Expansion Bolt Fixing
◦ Drill holes directly into hardened concrete or tiled surfaces. Insert expansion bolts and tighten to secure the post base. This time-efficientmethod is suitable for courtyard or factory hardened ground .
Step 3: Assembling Horizontal Rails & Vertical Picket/Vertical Bars
- Once posts are fixed, use the provided connectors to attach the horizontal rails to the pre-set slots/holes on the posts . Then, insert the vertical picket/vertical bars into the pre-drilled holes on the horizontal rails. Tighten all connectors to prevent loosening.
Step 4: Installing Pre-Assembled Panels (For Pre-fab Panel Systems)
- For pre-assembled fence panels, simply slot each panel into the grooves of the adjacent posts. Secure with screws to ensure the panel is level and stable .
Step 5: Final Check & Adjustment
- Tighten all screws. Check and adjust the vertical alignment and levelness of the entire fence. Re-tighten any loose parts. Finally, clean off any dirt or marks from the installation process.
