The peach-shaped posts are cold-rolled from 1.2mm thick galvanized steel sheet, forming a distinctive semi-elliptical shape that resembles a peach—hence the name. The inner side of each post features precision-punched hooking slots that align perfectly with the horizontal wires of the welded mesh panels, creating a tool-free hook-and-lock connection that eliminates the need for separate brackets or clamps.
The welded mesh panels are manufactured from high-tensile galvanized steel wires, with all intersections electrically fusion-welded to ensure uniform strength and rigidity. Available mesh openings range from 50×100mm to 60×200mm, with wire diameters from 4.0mm to 6.0mm to suit different security requirements. The complete system receives dual corrosion protection—starting with a hot-dip galvanized base layer, followed by a powder-coated or PVC-plastisol finish in various colors including traffic green, and white—ensuring 10+ years of service life even in Southeast Asia’s humid tropical conditions.
The innovative hooking design offers significant installation advantages: panels can be quickly dropped into place from above without any connectors, with the integrated hooks preventing lifting or tampering once installed.
