The welding process employs automated resistance welding machines, guaranteeing every joint is consistently strong and secure. The galvanizing stage is critical; we precisely control the zinc bath temperature, immersion time, and coating weight (e.g., the zinc coating for hot-dip galvanized products is typically ≥60g/m²).

Prior to shipment, every batch undergoes multiple inspections for tensile strength, zinc coating adhesion, and mesh size accuracy.
