We understand that municipal guardrails are not just products, but integral parts of public safety infrastructure. Therefore, every step from raw material to finished product is strictly controlled under a rigorous [standard] system.
Raw Materials & Standards:
1.Steel Coil/Sheet: We use high-quality hot-rolled steel sourced from major steel mills, conforming to standards such as JIS G3444 (Japan), ASTM A53 (USA), or equivalent. Each batch of raw material comes with a Mill Test Certificate.
2.Hot-Dip Galvanizing: The galvanizing process uses 99.9% pure zinc. The zinc coating ensures a thickness of 80μm – 120μm (complying with [standard] ISO 1461), making it suitable for harsh environments.
Five-Step Closed-Loop Production Process:
Design & Cutting: Steel is precisely cut according to technical drawings using CNC or plasma cutting machines.
Forming & Welding: Steel strips are bent and pressed into shape, then welded by skilled operators using automatic/semi-automatic methods to ensure strong, clean welds.
Surface Treatment & Galvanizing: The entire structure undergoes degreasing and derusting before being [immersed in molten zinc] for hot-dip galvanizing at approximately 450°C.
Powder Coating (If Required): After galvanizing, products can undergo electrostatic powder coating in any RAL color upon request, ensuring excellent adhesion and uniform finish.
Inspection & Packaging: Every product undergoes checks for hardness, dimensions, and coating quality. Finally, items are carefully packaged with canvas and steel straps to prevent damage during long-distance shipping.
We are committed to delivering products that meet the most stringent international technical requirements upon leaving our factory.
