Process for Ordering Landscape Railings from China & Obtaining a Quote
Step 1: Requirement Consultation & Solution Confirmation
Please Provide: Project details (e.g., application: community, villa, municipal project), material preference (e.g., Zinc Steel, Aluminum), design sketches or reference images, dimensions (length, height), estimated quantity, color preference for surface finish, and your project budget range.
We Will Provide: Professional material and design recommendations, free preliminary layout drawings based on your needs, and product suggestions.
Step 2: Receive Detailed Quotation & Sign Contract
Upon confirming the solution, we will provide a detailed Ex-Works Quotation. This document will clearly list unit price, total price, packaging method, estimated production lead time, recommend the optimal sea freight solution, and provide estimated logistics costs.
After quotation confirmation, a formal Sales Contract will be signed, specifying product specifications, quality standards, payment terms, delivery schedule, and responsibilities of both parties.
Step 3: Production & Quality Process Monitoring
We accept flexible Payment Terms (e.g., T/T, L/C). Production commences upon receipt of the deposit.
During production, we can provide progress updates via photos or videos at Key Stages (e.g., galvanizing, spraying, assembly) upon your request, allowing you to monitor and ensure products are manufactured to agreed standards.
Step 4: Packing, Shipping & Logistics Tracking
Finished products are packed using Professional Anti-Scratch Packing to ensure safety during long-distance sea freight.
We handle inland transport, booking shipping space, and export customs clearance. Once shipped, we provide complete Shipping Documents (e.g., Bill of Lading), enabling you to track the vessel’s journey in real-time.
Step 5: Customs Clearance & Local Support
We provide a full set of Export Clearance Documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.) and, upon request, can recommend reliable local clearance agents to assist you in efficiently completing import procedures.
After goods arrival, we provide professional Installation Guides or Videos. For large projects, on-site technical guidance can be arranged upon negotiation.
